Mares booked to a Rampant stallion can be managed on farm in the Southern Highlands, or served at their home property by an attending veterinarian. Veterinary care is provided by Newton Equine, who deal with mare owners directly and invoice all mare costs separately from the stallion service fee.
For mares booked to Captains Knock or The Locomotive. Chilled semen can be used on farm or at the mare's home property.

For mares booked to Legendary Hanover, Monte Miki or Back Of The Neck.
Frozen semen has a short viable window either side of ovulation, so the mare is monitored around the clock rather than scanned once a day. Because of that schedule, frozen breeding is always carried out at the clinic. There is no off-site option, unlike chilled.

Transport from Queensland and Victoria is subsidised. Available for mares booked to a Rampant stallion.
Packages commence on the mare's first breeding cycle. Agistment before that cycle begins is charged by Newton Equine at $15 per day plus GST, so please send her when she is showing signs of being in season.

The packages above cover routine management. Laboratory work including progesterone, uterine biopsies, sterile uterine cultures, problem mare uterine treatments, and long term pregnancy medication such as Regumate are charged separately.
Newton Equine will discuss any additional work with the mare owner before it is carried out.
Additional costs apply to both chilled and frozen breeding, and are invoiced by Newton Equine as required.

Package options are subject to paddock availability. Dry mares are paddocked as a group, and mares with a foal at foot are kept in individual paddocks at an additional cost.
Invoices the mare owner directly for agistment, scanning, insemination procedures, medications and any additional veterinary work.
Takes all stallion bookings, and invoices the stallion service fee and associated charges under the service agreement.
